Hello and welcome!
My name is Courtney, but feel free to call me Court.
I’m a design operations practitioner & experience designer.
My ethos…
You cannot create an optimal human experience without empathy and curiosity.
As an experience designer, I am driven by a profound belief in the transformative power of thoughtfully crafted interactions. My approach is anchored in four fundamental principles: empathy, accessibility, intention, and curiosity. These guiding pillars serve as the foundation for creating environments where individuals not only thrive but also embrace new horizons with open arms.
In my role as a design operations and experience design practitioner, I am relentlessly focused on identifying opportunities, ensuring seamless implementation, fostering accountability, and championing continuous improvement. This holistic approach empowers both organizations and individuals to reach their fullest potential.
I hold an unwavering conviction in the power of human experiences.
I firmly believe that our world can be elevated and enriched through thoughtful and intentional design.
I am certain that empathy is the catalyst for propelling our world into its next, most extraordinary version of itself.
My ethos is not merely guided by the four pillars I mentioned previously. They form the bedrock upon which we can construct environments that nurture growth, ignite curiosity, and thoughtfully craft experiences for customers, consumers, internal associates - for all of humanity.
In essence, we are not simply designing experiences; we are architecting the very fabric of human interaction and growth. This is not just a profession; it is a calling - a commitment to shaping a world where every experience is an opportunity for connection, understanding, and progress.
I strive for a life full of delightful and awe inspiring experiences.
When I’m not thinking about human centered design, I’m thinking about all of the beautiful experiences I’ve had so far in life and planning for my next adventure.
